Post doctoral Opportunity at BioMass Lab, Australia

The successful candidate of this fixed-term (3 year) position will contribute to research activities in an Australian Research Council Linkage Project “Adapting catchment monitoring and potable water treatment to climate change". The project was developed to investigate possible climate change and catchment state dependencies on NOM events and develop new techniques to detect and characterise NOM properties in situ and in real time, and finally, to optimise treatment processes to cope with the NOM event, given the advanced warning. The position of Postdoctoral Research Associate (Level A) or Senior Research Associate (Level B) will be expected to deliver high quality, cross disciplinary research outputs in collaboration with industry partners, Sydney Water and Water NSW, PhD candidates and academic project investigators.
